Tell us about your experience with/connection to TBI

While not considered "officially" TBI, my wife Beth suffered an anoxic brain injury in 1990 that robbed her of memory and cognitive skills. Behavioral issues arose as well. After years of living with brain injury, developing strategies to overcome certain facets of daily life and a lot of research, we wrote Brain Injury Survivor's Guide.

Quick Bio

Beth and I were childhood sweethearts, married in 1970 and almost devastated by brain injury in 1990. Like most brain injury survivors, she is not the same woman I married back in 1970, so I guess you could say Beth was my first wife and also my second wife. And I think I like the second one even better!

Her determination to succeed has been nothing short of inspiring.
