General Thoughts on Clinical Trials

So what do you think of Clinical Trials?? Do you believe they are one of the most productive way of improving science/treatments? Or do you think its wrong to treat humans like guinea pigs?? Appreciate your thoughts..

    I have studied clinical trials in several areas of medicine, including trauma and new meds for fibromyalgia. I think , although they are sometimes hard to read and comprehend, they are an excellent ways to see what is being done to further the ability of differently able people to live and thrive.
