Val, you've hit the nail on the head. That's one reason Beth and I wrote Brain Injury Survivor's Guide. Her injury was in 1990, and you wouldn't believe what was available back then. We corresponded with Dr. Glen Johnson while writing our book. His book, of course, is from a doctor's viewpoint and contains a lot of good information.

Our book, though, is about living with brain injury from the viewpoints of a brain injury survivor and caretaker. Beth continues to write a weekly column at Beth's Brain Injury Blog.
