DAILY PLANNERS??

posted 22 months ago by greekshorty

Hey y'all... My memory has gotten so bad that I couldn't tell you what I did yesterday...unless I am cued.  Then I have an "oh yea" moment.  I have a planner but it's just for days.  I am looking for the hour to hour daily planners.  So I can reference back and remember what I did.  Ya know?  So I can write down at like 8:00 am I took my morn meds... then I dont have to question myself.  I have the pill container that has Sun- Sat but I still don't physically remember if I took it.  I've looked at Staples, Office Depots, Office maxes and shoot even stores like Target.  Denied!  I've found some day by day hour by hour ones BUT they weren't good enough.  Does anyone know like a website that is geared twrds ppl w/ brain injuries and have the memory people that has planners like that?

I don't know if this will work for you - but I found a good planner (year) with the days broken down by hours - divided with 4 lines per hour. I got it at Staples. Not for MTBI - but it really, really helped me. At-a-Glance Executive planner - pages are full sized - with areas for notes. Has monthly calendars (good for visualizing) and then every day from 8am - 5pm time slots. Might work for you? Good luck.

I'd been a slave to my schedule before having my very own schedule-master, a simple planner helps me fulfill that void and NOW I'm able to Effectively go about my days, I reserve Sundays for Planning ahead for the upcoming next week. It's truly been a life-changer!

Dr. Steven Covey makes an excellent Planner System, he named his line Franklin Covey. Dr. Covey is the author of books such as the 7 Habits of Highly Effictive People which is another reccomeded resource.

In my two cents, maybe nickle?
