Interesting video. I hope it has the intended effect - to rasise awareness of TBI, that is.
As I was watching it, I was thinking "pretty good video," even though I couldn't really understand the lyrics of the song (too distorted). Then the picture of Bush was up there at the end --
that killed it for me.
Look, I'm a survivor too. Have been for quite a while. I feel that man is responsible for the vast majority of the ongoing tragedy over there in the Middle East - at least our part of it.
And here I was beginning to wonder how I might help.
i hit you up on you tube too, but its was just a picture, our whole system is basically clueless if you want to help just spread the word good luck on your journey
I loved the video... there are many ways to reach people and you have to reach them in ways that they understand and this is it for the younger generation. My daughter is almost two years post TBI and on Friday at school she began moving her arms and legs out of the blue! We are very excited... Just wish there was therapy that takes into account that even though she doesn't communicate, she is aware and needs therapy, therapy that is paid for by insurance!
I loved the fact that the President's face showed the cost and pain of war. I am thankful for all the sacrifies our servicemen and women make. I am a TBI survivor from a bike vs. truck accident... another image of family trauma.
