My TBI occured before my 20th Birthday, I'd been a hockey jock throughout my teen years and speed skated at a high level before my fall. While I had the pleasure of waking up 2-3 months after: with left side paralysis, since that time my left leg will bounce when I bear weight on the ball of that foot, if I am aware of it I can shift my weight to the heel and it stops, have had little to none of the above mentioned contractions while stretching

though I find it useful to include in my awareness

The part about TBI that no one wants to address is that it is permanent

If(?) you are lucky enough to regain all functions. there are a finite number of brain cells in the head which have already been assigned a duty.

I am a 17 year veteran of TBI

in this time I have created windows of light such as the Einstien phenomenon:

    simply put,

Albert Einstien used at most 10% of his brain resulting in him being the foremost genus in the field of physics in his time, the question loomed "If he used 10% & did physics how much of my brain matter did I use to not even grasp Algebra thoroughly, bear in mund I was a fine artist and played ice hockey.

activities AE would not have approached even in his youth.

It's the point of view that matters most not the #'s
